Disclaimer of Warranties
GoPDF.fyi is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the tools will produce perfect results for every PDF file or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoPDF.fyi and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tools. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss or document corruption during processing. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
Acceptable Use
You are responsible for the documents you process. You must have the legal right to modify, analyze, or otherwise process any files you use with our service. You agree not to use GoPDF.fyi for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service.

GoPDF.fyi respects intellectual property rights. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any documents you process through our service. We claim no ownership over your files. All GoPDF.fyi trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of their respective owners.
Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to GoPDF.fyi at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from your use of GoPDF.fyi shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under applicable rules, unless prohibited by your local law. Class action waiver: you agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
