Unlike other PDF tools, GoPDF.fyi does NOT upload your files to any server. All processing (merging, splitting, OCR, analysis) happens directly in your browser's memory using technologies like WebAssembly and Tesseract.js. Your files never leave your computer.

We do not store your PDF files, their contents, or your personal information on our infrastructure. Your recent activity history is stored only in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and never transmitted to us.

We may use privacy-respecting, anonymous analytics (such as page view counts) to understand how our tools are used and improve the service. These analytics do not include any information about your files, their contents, or your identity.

GoPDF.fyi does not use tracking cookies. We use your browser's localStorage solely to save your tool history and preferences for your convenience. No data is shared with third parties. You can clear this at any time in the 'History' section or by clearing your browser data.

GoPDF.fyi is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used this service, please contact us.

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to retrieve, export, or delete on your behalf. To remove your local history, use the 'History' section in the app or clear your browser's localStorage.
